Plain-language notes on what the product stores and why. Last updated August 15, 2026.
We use the text you submit to create your job file, shortlist, and related analysis. The extracted text is saved with that job so you can return to it. Uploaded originals are archived only when private file storage is available; the product does not fall back to a public file upload.
Brief and script text is sent to the model provider used to generate the requested analysis. Director recommendations are constrained to the roster and the evidence stored for each profile. Your previous producer corrections may improve later analysis within your own account; they are not placed into another customer's model context or used as public examples without permission.
A project is visible to its owner and invited collaborators. Collaborators receive only the role granted to them. The verified contact directory can be exported or used for outreach only by project owners and managers.
Job records are retained until you delete them. Deleting a job removes its brief, generated results, linked shortlists, and any archived original. Account-wide deletion is handled by request while self-service account deletion is being completed.
Roster facts and professional contact records come from official company or portfolio sources. We do not publish inferred email addresses. Corrections and opt-out requests are reviewed promptly.
Profiles show a small sample of work — up to three thumbnails — not a full portfolio grid.
If this is your page, claim it below. If a still should come down, say so. We review both promptly.
We use Google Analytics for product funnel events without attaching brief text, scripts, emails, or contact details. When Microsoft Clarity is enabled, session recordings mask form inputs and are used only to find UX friction — not to store creative work.
